BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is seeking a “Service Manager” for its Customer First Department.
Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience: 7 years of hands-on experience in field service or technical support roles, within the industry.
Location: Karachi and Islamabad
This role involves managing and supervising body shop technicians, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to maintain high standards of quality and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows and fostering a positive, results-driven team environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing insurance claims and coordinating timely repair approvals, maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties to minimize delays. You will also be responsible for managing the department’s budget, identifying areas to optimize costs, and ensuring effective use of resources. Inventory management of parts and supplies will be a critical component of the role, requiring accuracy and strong organizational skills.
In addition to operational duties, this role requires a forward-thinking approach to identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance overall performance. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure smooth, integrated operations across the dealership.
