BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for the following roles in their Plant Operations department, at the Gharo:
- Associate Production Engineer:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or project engineering (preferably in automotive industry).
Responsibilities include preparing project planning documents, budgets, activity schedules, and tender documentation. Coordinate with procurement, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Maintain and update all technical documents including drawings, specifications, manuals, and inspection reports. Manage end-to-end project execution including approvals, procurement, implementation, and record-keeping. Further responsibilities include to utilize document control systems and production planning tools to support smooth operations. Ensure adherence to safety standards and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills include proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Assistant Manager Production Engineering:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or project engineering (preferably in automotive industry).
Responsibilities include creating project plans, budgets, activity schedules, and tender documents. Collaborate with procurement, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Maintain and update technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, manuals, and inspection reports. Oversee end-to-end project execution, including approvals, procurement, implementation, and documentation. Use document control systems and planning tools to support project tracking and compliance. Ensure all activities meet safety regulations and technical standards.
Skills include proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
