Bureau Veritas Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is looking to hire an HR Manager to be based in Islamabad. The minimum requirements are as follows:
- Masters degree in HR related field;
- 10 to 15 years of progressive professional HR experience ;
- Excellent management and leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and performance management;
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and training & development;
- Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment; aptitude for problem solving and decision making needed;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Must possess a highly collaborative, inclusive, consultative and resourceful workstyle that balances required compliance/policy enforcement with a steadfast commitment to client service and staff support;
- Willingness to travel across the region;
