Position: Distribution Assistant
Location: Johar Town – Lahore
Qualification: Intermediate/Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years
Job Responsibilities:
· Distribution of new articles in accordance with the shops distribution plan.
· Work closely with central warehouse and stores to ensure the execution of inter-transfer stock movements and timely shipments of stock.
· Consolidation of Inter transfer of stock, and liquidation as per given plan.
· Fulfill stock demand through the distributions/Inter Transfer.
· Make repeat assortment keeping in mind the current sale stock history and already given orders.
· Maintain the stock standards and inventory levels of stock.
· Allocation and stock arrangements for upcoming new outlets before 15 days of launch

Location: Johar Town – Lahore
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters
Experience: 5-6 years
Job Responsibilities:
-Analyzing sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to predict future product demand accurately.
-Determining the appropriate stock levels for each product and location, considering factors like lead times, sales velocity, and seasonality.
-Monitoring sales performance and inventory turnover to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting plans accordingly.
-Working with pricing teams to set initial product prices and develop markdown strategies to clear excess inventory and maximize profitability.
-Collaborating with the merchandising team to curate product assortments that align with customer preferences and market trends.
-Developing strategies for seasonal merchandise, considering factors like holidays, weather, and special events.
-Using data analysis and inventory management software to optimize inventory flow and reduce stock-outs or overstock situations.
-Collaborating with finance teams to develop budgets and track merchandise-related financial performance.
