Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce | 5–8 years of experience in Product Costing, Commercial Finance, Merchandising Finance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain accurate product cost sheets across all product categories.
- Analyze raw material, labor, overhead, freight, and operational costs to determine product profitability.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimations.
- Review vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions to achieve target margins.
- Monitor standard vs. actual costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct pricing, margin, and profitability analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Develop cost models and forecasting tools for new products and seasonal collections.
- Prepare costing reports, dashboards, and management insights while driving cost optimization initiatives.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics | 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, Financial Reporting, or Financial Analysis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports to evaluate business performance.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic and operational planning.
- Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability across business units and product categories.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, recommending corrective actions where required.
- Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior leadership.
- Evaluate business proposals and investment opportunities through financial feasibility analysis.
- Support pricing strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and profitability improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and enhance reporting processes.
