Manager Water & Sewerage is required for Bahria Town Karachi
Job Description:
- Support and manage all W&S related quires and work plan.
- Establish SOPs, job priorities and preventative maintenance schedule
- Determine time and cost estimates for all jobs
- Thorough knowledge of common practices, tools, terminology, safety hazards and upcoming proven procedures.
- Ability to work from sketches, drawings, plans or specifications
- Work with other departments in order to improve team performance, reduce the incidence of breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety
- Maintain all installations safe and clean as may represent as role model
- Strong working knowledge of water and sewerage pumping stations equipment and operation procedure
- Deep knowledge requires about NRV, Gate valve, VFD, Header / Suction discharge, Flow meter, Level sensor, Automation of pumps and water pipe nomenclature.
- Support and enhance working procedure of BTK plumbing team by introducing new technique and tools.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of pumps / motors and related accessories
- Knowledge of Infrastructure of water and sewerage system
- Management of water supply system
