Bachaa Party, Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Brand is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Store Manager.
Location: Gujranwala, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete supervision of store.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training & mentoring staff.
- Dealing with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor & maintain inventory levels & act accordingly.
- Maximing profitability & meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a well – known Retail Brand.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors.
- People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
- Strong fluency with excel formulas & functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
