Bachaa Party Jobs Senior Technical Consultant Microsoft AX Dynamics:
Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 – 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐀𝐗 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬.
Responsibilities:
o Participate in creating the SLA Tickets for the different applications.
o Provide first-line support to Users by providing analysis and resolution for routine operational application issues.
o Provide suitable business solutions for any assigned application issue within the agreed-on SLA, internal process, and based on the criticality of the issue.
o Monitor the business applications to ensure service availability 24/7
o Record and track incidents, complaints, or requests. Ensure that problem tickets raised in the right channel are documented and articulated.
o Collaborate with other IT teams in problem diagnosis and resolution.
o Support deployment of process enhancements by working with businesses on data collection and training key users on new functionality.
o Perform testing of solutions delivered development team to address process improvements with business process owners, and coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.
o Provide end-user training for new modules/implementations.
o Participate in analysis for new changes and required operational enhancements.
o CRs, User Manuals, and business process documentation.
Requirements:
o A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. Having a master’s degree is considered a plus.
o A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AX 2012 Development role is required to apply for this position.
o A sound knowledge of software development methodologies, project management, and best practices is essential.
o Proficiency in various programming languages, development tools, and technologies related to AX2012 is required.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365, and Dynamics Store Commerce would be considered an advantage.
o Functional Knowledge of AX2012 ERP is a must-have for this role.

o Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 Functional Knowledge.
o Microsoft Dynamis AX2012 Technical Knowledge.
o AOT 2012, Data Dictionary, Classes, Layers.
o Microsoft SQL Server. All (DML) functions SP etc.
o Microsoft DTS.
o Microsoft SSIS.
o Crystal reports.
o Dot net developments (WIN and WEB)
o Microsoft PowerBI.
o API’s related customization in AX2012
