Bachaa Party Jobs Planning Executive:
BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately.
- Coordinate with merchandisers and sales teams to align inventory levels with sales goals and related targets.
- Monitor inventory performance and adjust plans as needed to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, sales forecasts, and planning activities.
- Down the line analysis at category level subject to Sales, inventory and related planning.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure timely availability of new products.
• Identify and address potential supply chain issues to prevent shortage or overstock situations.
• Work closely with the logistics/Supply chain team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and planning activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in retail planning or a similar role.
• Proven experience in retail planning or inventory management is must.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
