Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Manager Internal Audit.
Responsibilities:
o Developing audit engagements scope, completing fieldwork, preparing Audit Reports
o Ensuring controls management regarding financial reliability and compliance.
o Acting objectively by giving independent advice to line to ensure legality and achieve organizational goals.
o Assisting to document the audit process and prepare audit findings.
o Helping to review and proffer solution to internal audit issues.
o Checking and verifying all accounting books and records in conformity with the company’s standards.
o Recommending the best and proven ways for an organisation or company to avoid fraud and reduce risks.
o Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
o Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards that impact the retail industry.
o Work closely with various departments to support and enhance internal audit processes.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Professional certifications such as #CA or #ACCA are preferred.
o Minimum of 6 – 8 years of experience in internal audit., with a focus on the retail industry.
o Proven experience in inventory management and post-audit processes.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
o Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
