BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of HR Officer in Karachi.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
o Screen and shortlist candidates from job applications.
o Prepare and manage onboarding documentation for new hires.
o Facilitate the orientation process for new employees.
o Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Assist in updating HR databases with new employee information.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Minimum Graduation.
o 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing documents and reports.
