𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐊𝐢𝐝𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 – 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire skilled & experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
- Responsible to recruit the right candidate for right job at the right time.
- Maintain talent pool for all key positions of Punjab region.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Coordinate with Head office and resolve issues related to day-to-day operations (Attendance, Leaves, applications, loans, uniforms, warnings, etc.)
- Manage employee’s grievances.
- Daily other tasks as required by the management.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Education: Minimum Bachelors, HR preferred.
- Experience: Min 2 – 4 years in a similar capacity, 1 – 3 years Retail outlet hiring experience in Lahore is a plus.
- Computer Literate: Able to use HR software.
- Flexible in timing & travelling.
