Responsibilities:
π¨ Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
π¨ Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
π¨ Training of staff on regular basis.
π¨ Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
π¨ From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
π¨ Ensure visual merchandising according to companyβs requirement.
π¨ Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
π¨ Minimum graduation.
π¨ 3 β 4 years of experience in a well β known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
π¨ Experience of Hardline (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
π¨ Communication people and leadership skills are must.
π¨ Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
