Attock Petroleum Limited is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Senior Officer Quality Assurance to join our Quality Assurance Section. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent product quality, support laboratory operations, and uphold compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of petroleum product receipts (via pipelines and tank lorries) and storage tanks through standard ASTM test methods in line with GOP specifications.
- Conduct testing of external product samples as required.
- Maintain all laboratory logbooks and prepare accurate test reports.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly quality summaries to Charge QA.
- Report quality-related issues promptly to Charge QA.
- Coordinate third-party testing activities and manage related billing submissions to Incharge QA.
- Ensure timely calibration, smooth operation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Oversee sample retention and proper disposal of laboratory waste.
- Manage lab inventory and raise timely requisitions for procurement.
- Maintain overall lab housekeeping and ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, including the use of PPEs during lab work and product sampling.
- Visit customer sites to resolve quality-related complaints and queries.
- Participate in internal and external lab audits.
- Ensure use and maintenance of updated ISO documentation relevant to lab operations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Incharge Quality Assurance.
Experience: 3 Years – 5 Years (Responsible for Testing of petroleum products receipts, storage tanks & external samples & reporting)
Education: BSc. Chemistry
