Job Description
Responsible for handling of indenting & credit Control Operations from Tarru Jabba location.
Manual and electronic preparation/ checking / verification of E-Suite Sales Documents issued against supplies of POL Products.
Accuracy of business data for onward evaluation and decision making for the Senior Management.
Daily reconciliation of Sales (Product Wise) with respective Departments.
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and follow up with concerns for timely adjustments of reconciling items
Ensure compliance of Credit control mechanism.
Follow-up with Retail Team for timely recovery of amounts against Fuel and Lubricant Supplies.
Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports and submit to seniors.
Confirm the status of in-Transit/reported Lorries of Tarujabba Location from other locations in coordination with Distribution Team.
Coordination with HO (Finance)/ other departments & supply points for smooth functioning.
Managing the daily physical affairs of Lubricant Stores at Tarru Jabba in coordination with Store Department.
To conduct physical stock take & Petty Cash check on monthly basis as and when assigned.
Reconciling Daily sales and receipts of designated COCO sites and conducting monthly visits as well.
To represent Finance & Accounts for joint inspection of newly commission sites & Fixed Assets tagging as and when assigned.
Ensure compliance of company record keeping procedure.
Any other assignments assigned by management.

Job Description
Responsible for ensuring quality of petroleum products of receipts (via pipelines & Tank Lorries) and storage tanks of terminal using recommended ASTM test methods by complying GOP specifications.
Testing of external samples.
Maintain all logbooks & prepare test reports.
Timely prepare monthly and quarterly summaries and submit to charge QA.
Timely reporting of quality-related issues to charge QA.
Manage third-party testing & bill submission to Incharge QA.
Responsible for the timely calibration of lab items & equipment.
Responsible for smooth operations of lab equipment and their maintenance.
Samples retention and lab waste management.
Manage lab inventory and timely raise up demand for procurement.
Responsible for overall lab housekeeping & HSE, also ensured use of PPE\’s during working in lab & sampling of tanks, pipeline & tank lorries.
Visit customer sites to attend quality related complaints & queries.
Conduct internal & external audits for labs.
Responsible for use of updated ISO documentation related to labs.
Carry out any other task assigned by Incharge Quality Assurance.
