Position: Manager Demand Planning
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Qualification: MBA, BBA – Supply Chain from a reputable university.
Experience: At least 8 to 11 years of relevant experience is required, preferably pharmaceutical.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ERP-based demand planning processes, and will be accountable for demonstrated use of ERP to improve department efficiency
- Coordination with marketing team for rolling sales forecast for commercial business, PS & Institutional Business
- Introduction of monthly demand review cycle for the Group, development of SOP, ways of working and KPI to monitor performance.
- Monitoring and recording monthly demand accuracy and bias as per target and developing action plan.
- Introduction of planned and trend-based forecasting, Adjusting RSF as per future trade offers and marketing growth
- Introduction to marketing team of trend-based forecasting and KPI-based performance reporting and develop corrective action.
- Create FGs inventory optimization policy based on trend forecasting analysis to lower holding cost, and develop safety policy according to the sales impact.
- Develop demand KPI reporting tools for analysis purposes.
- Creation of baseline Nos base on secondary sales trend & past history.
- Reconcile primary and secondary demand Nos and develop corrective action.
- Develop statistical forecasting tool using historical trends.
- Facilitate supply & material planning team for dashboard reporting system & create demand-driven KPIs.
- Use and maintain the Demand Planning Excel models as the primary forecasting system tool
- Develops multiple metrics to validate forecasting accuracy, as per industry standards, and communicates corrective action(s) ensure timely resolution
- Interact with sales, marketing, and customer Service to understand demand forecast drivers.

Position: Senior Officer Warehouse
Location: Site Area, Karachi
Qualification: Pharm D
Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience is required, preferably pharmaceutical
Roles & Responsibilities:
To look after the following activities to run the system effectively.
Issue raw and packing material available in the warehouse to different departments against their demand / Requisition slip.
Maintain Short Stock Summary and inform the procurement department daily.
Maintain GRN and G.I records of raw and packing material on daily basis.
Check the daily stock physically and maintain its record.
Update Packing and raw material bin cards on daily basis.
Make entries of daily incoming & outgoing material in the system
Maintain cleaning, temperature, and humidity in the warehouse.
