ATCO is hiring Finance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and organize financial records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.
· Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications related to the finance department, ensuring effective and timely information flow.
· Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, minute-taking and follow-up on action items.
· Facilitate procurement processes for the Finance department by coordinating with Procurement, Administration and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Assist with departmental projects and initiatives such as process enhancements, system rollouts and ad hoc analysis tasks.
· Contribute to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations by offering constructive ideas and support.
Education & Experience:
· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
· Finance graduate.
