ATCO is hiring Accounts Payable Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, and execute payments accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Ensure timely and accurate payment processing to vendors, balancing cash flow management with adherence to payment terms.
· Reconcile vendor balances regularly and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the procurement team.
· Record and post all accounts payable transactions accurately for timely financial reporting, including accruals and reconciliations.
· Prepare and present accounts payable reports, including ageing reports, for senior management review.
· Implement the Company’s Procure to Pay SOP, identifying opportunities to streamline processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulations.
· Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager to support department goals.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Up to 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
