We are hiring a Quality Controller to join our team. You will inspect raw materials, monitor production lines, and test finished goods to ensure they match our high safety and quality standards.
Quality Controller Lab & Process (Karachi, Pakistan)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform accurate and timely testing of finished goods and import products to ensure adherence to quality specifications and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all established quality specifications and standards throughout the production process.
- Document and report any deviations or non-conformities and take appropriate actions to address them.
- Oversee and control the production process to maintain consistent product quality.
- Identify and address quality issues in real-time to minimize defects and ensure continuous improvement.
- Review and release finished products, ensuring that production reports and quality control records are aligned with the quality control plan and that all actions are traceable.
- Maintain product standards and a defect classification list for operators on the production line.
- Verify and ensure line clearance before production changeovers to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities, processes, and communications; organize documentation and implement a systematic approach for document management and archiving.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in quality control or manufacturing are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or production environment, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Basic communication skills to report deviations and interact with the production team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as quality specifications and production plans.
