Senior Manager / Manager – Performance Management & Total Rewards
We are looking for an experienced resource to oversee Performance Management and Total Rewards. This role involves developing and managing performance evaluation systems, designing competitive compensation structures, and ensuring effective rewards programs that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have expertise in performance metrics, compensation strategies, and employee benefits. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture are essential for success in this position.
Qualification: Bachelors, Masters Degree in HR or Psychology or relevant HR Certification (SHRM, HRCI)
Experience: 8 – 10 years with at least 4 years in managerial role
Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi, Pakistan
