We are HIRING MANAGER COMPLIANCE
To lead and strengthen the Bank’s AML/CFT compliance framework by ensuring effective implementation of policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in line with SBP and applicable laws. The role will oversee transaction monitoring, high-risk customer/account reviews, EDD, CTR/STR reporting, HVT and GL monitoring, and investigation of suspicious activities. The position will also coordinate with LEAs and regulatory authorities, conduct branch AML/CFT compliance reviews, identify and address control gaps, and ensure timely closure of compliance observations. Additionally, the role will promote AML/CFT awareness and training across the Bank while providing management with effective compliance reporting and risk-based recommendations.
ELIGIBILITY
- Graduation/Master in Commerce or Business
- Minimum 8 to 10 Years of relevant experience.
