Aman Health Care Services Jobs Assistant Manager Admin Services:

Aman Health Care Services is looking for Assistant Manager Admin Services for the Head office and Stations to provide administrative and technical services.

Main Responsibility:
Services:

  • Supervise administrative matters pertaining to general office administration.
  • Ensure implementation of Admin SOP’s and keep proper documentation on regular basis.
  • Proper record keeping of inventories.
    Technical Facilities:
  • Take care of support teams to meet expectations and business SLA.
  • Execute necessary action to achieve service KPI such as Response Time, Uptime, First Time Fix ratio, etc.
  • Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service.
  • Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project
  • Assist in repair and maintenance work as per assigned timeline.
    Qualification Criteria:
  • Graduate
  • Additional D.A.E. qualification is preferred.
  • 4 to 5 years of administration experience with reputable organization
  • Age group between: 27-32 years
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage thing calmly under pressure.
