The incumbent should have masters degree in HR with core minimum 8 years of working experience in educational sector’s HR.
The Incumbent shall be responsible for recruitment; performance management; employee relations, implementing HR initiatives, partner with Business Unit Head and key stakeholders (Tech) to deliver an HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the Foundation.
