Requirements:
- Manage and oversee all building grey structure and finishing works.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and full compliance with safety standards.
- Handle estimation, billing, and verification of material quantities as per project requirements.
- Review and interpret blueprints to ensure alignment with design, quality, safety, and budget requirements.
- Supervise all Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) activities including erection, alignment, and bolting.
- Ensure accurate fabrication and installation of steel components as per project specifications and approved drawings.
- Verify levels, plumb, alignment, and dimensions of PEB frames, purlins, bracings, and sheeting works for accuracy and compliance.
