Requirements
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of Bano Qabil Program activities, classes and events.
- Maintain accurate participant records, attendance sheets, databases and program documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate effectively with students, trainers and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Prepare routine reports, collect program data and support monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Report directly to the General Manager and provide timely updates on program progress, activities and operational matters.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and data management throughout the program cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data management tools.
