Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a HEC-recognized institution
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of related banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs
- Consistent delivery of sales numbers to remain at par with the monthly target
- Enhance the bank’s image by maintaining a customer-friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners
- Business development, through typical activities like formulating, implementing and monitoring future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and align 1 these with the business goals; 1. contactout.com contactout.com
- Foster a culture of teamwork by encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels
- Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs

- In depth knowledge of banking system, policies, procedures & products
