WE’RE HIRING! BRANCH MANAGER – RETAIL BANKING
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a HEC recognized institution
Required Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant banking experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs
- Consistent delivery of sales numbers to remain at par with the monthly target
- Enhance the bank’s image by maintaining a customer-friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners
- Business development, through typical activities like formulating, implementing and monitoring future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and align these with the business goals
- Foster a culture of teamwork by encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels
- Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs
Core Competencies:
- Good Communication skills: both written and spoken
- Good at sales and relationship management
- Good team building, conflict & time management skills
- In depth knowledge of banking system, policies, procedures & products
