Major Job Responsibilities:
1) To manage the collection of all products i.e Autos, Housing, Consumer Durables etc in an effective manner so as to minimize the net flows, maximize the normalization, reduce the delinquencies and control the gross credit losses within the assigned level.
2) Review MIS to determine the performance of portfolio segments and adopt the strategy accordingly.
3) Suggest in change of processes/ strategy after studying the portfolio/ market behaviour.
4) Ensure that all reference material (Collection Manual, Credit Policies, Training Modules and SBP Regulations) is readily available to Collection Officers.
4) Monthly submission of Collection Officers incentives and Fuel expense.
5) Ensure that Supervisors are reviewing performance MIS of every Collection Officer on a weekly basis.

Looking for Analytics and Review Officer in Consumer Credit Risk Department at Karachi.
Remuneration: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
1) Generate MIS assigned by Unit Head on pre defined frequencies.
2) Prepare a comprehensive MIS package consisting of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and semiannual MIS deliverables.
3) Prepare Collections MISs.
4) Understand portfolio trends with the help of different MISs, key indicators, leading indicators, lagging indicators, net flows.
5) Monthly post approval review to evaluate quality of credit decisions by CIU/ EAMVU and proper coding to track portfolio trends and different business pilots/ test programs.
6) Ensure portfolio review on regular basis. Understand portfolio trends and behaviour.
7) Be an active participant in different IT projects, execution of test cases, facilitate in UATs.
8) Prepare MIS for monitoring and analyzing monthly performance of different areas like EAMVU, Initiation and Collection.
9) Deviation / CAPS management process. Performance of deviant/cap portfolio should be tracked seperately on quarterly basis.
