Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the textile industry warehouse.
Job Description:-
- Provide technical support to staff for all computer systems, software applications, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
- Set up and configure computer systems, including operating systems, software applications, and network connections.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
- Install and upgrade software applications as required and ensure licensing compliance.
- Collaborate with team to implement security measures and safeguard computer systems against potential threats.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Train staff on the proper usage of computer systems and software applications.
- Document and maintain an up-to-date inventory of all computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the warehouse.

Job Description:-
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the performance of cut to pack operations for the unstitched category.
- Analyze data and identifying trends to make actionable recommendations for process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics.
- Develop and implementing reporting processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Present reports and findings to senior management to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all reporting activities.
