Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting a candidates for “MDM Officer“. This role involves maintaining high data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data management processes. The MDM Officer will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient master data management practices.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:- 2 years of experience working with master data management in the textile fashion retail industry is highly desirable.

Job Description:-

  • Develop and enforce master data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Create, update, and maintain master data records, including but not limited to customer/vendor data, chart of accounts, GL codes, cost centers, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the organization.
  • Perform regular data audits and identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate data management processes.
  • Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Assist with system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between different financial systems.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on master data metrics and KPIs.

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to join our fashion retail textile industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations in the stitching unit, specifically focusing on the warehouse management and related operations. Our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of stitching processes and possess exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as textile management, supply chain, or business administration.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an administrative or managerial role within the stitching unit of a fashion retail textile industry.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-

  1. Supervise and manage the overall administrative operations of the stitching unit, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination.
  2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Oversee all activities related to the stitching warehouse, including inventory management, stocktaking, and quality control.
  4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of stitched products, maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Lead a team of administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to optimize performance and foster a positive work environment.
  6. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of necessary supplies and materials for the stitching unit.
  7. Monitor and analyze operational expenses, preparing regular reports for management and suggesting areas for cost reduction or process improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions within the stitching unit.
