Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting a profiles of “Deputy Manager” Supply Chain at Warehouse, Korangi – Karachi.
Education:– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in all sections of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution.
Job Description:-
- Moniter distribution network of stock in all regions (South, Central & North) along with logistics Operations.
- Eyes on Aging Stock and report to management timely.
- Consolidate Cut sizes in shop level and make Internal trasnfer.
- Set Inventory level with NSM of stores assortment wise, and MOQ of Category with production team.
- Led FG Warehouse in managing Inventory of Finished Goods, and was responsible to achieve their KPI.
- Conduct Physical audit and rectification of an error in the system after Physical Audit.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain function within the retail textile industry.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, procurement, logistics, and distribution, to ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Implement efficient forecasting and demand planning processes to meet customer requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
