WE ARE HIRING Call Center Officer

Job Summary

This position requires an individual who embraces the responsibility of handling inbound/outbound calls, managing and resolving customer queries/complaints promptly. The call center officer will provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions and should be flexible enough to work through different shifts (24/7).

Required Skills

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent customer service/ negotiation & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office
  • Ability to learn about products & services
  • Familiar with CRM systems & practices

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable
  • Fresh or up to 1 year, Preferably Financial / Mutual funds industry
