We’re Hiring: Network Analyst
Location: Lahore
Join our dynamic team as Network Analyst to monitor, maintain and optimize network infrastructure by ensuring system reliability, supporting connectivity needs and driving efficient resolution of network issues to deliver seamless technology performance across the organization.
Network Analyst is responsible to:
- Manage and support included nationwide offices, several smaller remote locations and Retail Stores
- Support users in a mixed desktop and laptop environment.
- Monitoring computer networks and systems of Retail Stores to identify how performance can be improved
- Keep an eye out for needed updates on System and Retail Systems
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Resolve problems reported by end user in Retail Stores in Nationwide Hubs.
- Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems
- Support Retail Pro computer application and ensure the connectivity and the security of the network.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in network administration and IT support
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols and security practices
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and server management
- Familiarity with retail systems (preferably Retail Pro) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
