Position: Manager QA/QC

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC programs to comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
Establish and enforce quality protocols and procedures for raw materials, production, and finished products.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Lead investigations into customer complaints and quality incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Manage and develop QA/QC professionals, providing coaching and training.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the food industry, particularly in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of QA principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Proven track record in implementing and managing QA/QC programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office.
