Job Role:
- Download and reconcile policy-wise commission details.
- Verify and update commission rates, including applying tax manually.
- Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation purposes.
- Maintain and update agent commission records, including managing holds/releases.
- Fetch and reconcile system commission data, uploading necessary adjustments.
