Qualification: Bachelors or Above

Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Communications Skills, Detail Oriented & Strong Coordination Skills.

Job Role:

  • Download and reconcile policy-wise commission details.
  • Verify and update commission rates, including applying tax manually.
  • Coordinate with Finance for reconciliation purposes.
  • Maintain and update agent commission records, including managing holds/releases.
  • Fetch and reconcile system commission data, uploading necessary adjustments.
