Sana Safinaz Jobs Front Desk Officer:We are hiring a female “Front Desk Officer” to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. She will be responsible for receiving all incoming calls and redirect them, keep updated records and files, issuance of gate passes and vouchers, other administrative duties.
Qualification: Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years as a front desk representative.
Skills: Strong communication and people skills. Should have a pleasant personality, Problem solving skills, Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
