Position: Assistant Manager Merchandising & Collection (Ladies Category)
Qualification: BS/MS (Fashion, Marketing & Merchandising) / Equivalent
Gender: Both
Experience: 5-7 (Must have experience of footwear industry)
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales figures, customer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
- To develop and implement category level budgeting to align business objective. monitoring inventory and sales performance, and providing analysis necessary to bring in new products to fit the needs of the customer.
- To build departmental assortment plans across clusters, price points and types of shoes.
- Create item-wise sales forecasts and strategies on a seasonal basis.
- To carry out yearly/quarterly discount planning for all branches in liaison with the marketing department
- Coordination and collaboration with sourcing/purchase and follow through purchasing process.
- Analyzing past sales figures and anticipate future product
- Monitor stock movements considering markdowns, inter branch transfer, returns, promotions
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
