Position: Principal System Administrator
Ibex. is looking for a Principle Linux Administrator, with strong Linux, troubleshooting, network and scripting skills, to join our Global Server Operations team. GSO is responsible for developing tools to automate and support the automated deployment, management, and monitoring of infrastructure.
Lead role in supporting and building highly available and highly scalable solutions that help empower IBEX Facilities to fulfill thousands of users globally
Maintaining and developing and deploying automated solutions in a large-scale environment.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
Experience 5-7 years
In depth knowledge of the Linux Operating System
Enterprise Linux – including understanding of kernel tuning and OS monitoring tools.
Familiar with software project build automation (“make”, Maven) and Build and Integration tools (Jenkins).
Proficient with scripting in Shell (bash, ksh) and Python.
Understanding of virtualization environments (ESXi).
Working knowledge in an orchestration and configuration management tool (preferably Ansible).
In depth knowledge in IaaS public clouds (Azure or preferable AWS).
Extensive experience in “Infrastructure as Code” and automation as the way to manage and scale infrastructure. (Terraform/Cloudformation/Azure Templates/Azure DevOps)
Good understanding in Infrastructure and security services like Load Balancing, Firewall, TLS encryption, disk encryption etc.
Good architectural experience in component placement for a traditional 3 tier application and microservices based applications.
Proficiency in production troubleshooting, including distributed systems.
Working knowledge of Linux Containerized environments (one of “Open Contained Initiative”, Docker, CoreOS).
Extensive knowledge and experience in Application Containerization and Kubernetes Clusters. (EKS/AKS, ECS)
Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the needs of the company.
Lead organization through cloud adoption and establish best practices.
Familiar with Networking concept on Public/Hybrid Clouds (DirectConnect/ExpressRoute /VPC/VNET,VPC Peering and etc.)
Good working knowledge with Monitoring tools – both at the OS and Application level.
Familiar with agile methodologies in Operations and Development.
Awareness around that “Hope is not a Strategy” when dealing with complex interactions between people and data systems.
Able to demonstrate the ability to evaluate / measure work results in the Enterprise context.
Familiarity with basic Project Management techniques to facilitate resource and workload management.
Ability to manage difficult (or conflict) situations generated by daily interactions of a wide range of personalities.
Familiar with an SLO-based (Service Level Objectives) management style.
Strong interpersonal skills and team management proficiency.
Clear vision on strategy, road to success and phases of delivery.

Position: Change Analyst
ibex. is looking for a Change Analyst who can ensures that all aspects of change management (addition/removal or alteration to the existing enterprise infrastructure) are planned and executed seamlessly in accordance with company protocols and ITIL standards.
Analyze, plan and facilitate all changes across the enterprise
Ensure that changes are conducted in accordance with company standards and department SLAs and take necessary corrective measures where required
Responsible for screening all logged change requests and taking necessary action based on the specifications of the change
Managing projects of varying complexities and scope
Coordinating with multiple teams across the enterprise to gain insights on the nature of the change and plan it efficiently providing a social with the least/no impact to revenue
Handling administrative tasks on the change management database server while regularly monitoring it to ensure functionality
Moderating the Ibex Weekly Change Review Call
Designing custom reports in accordance with business requirements
Ensuring on call availability during department non business hours
Will be working in accordance with Eastern Standard Time Zone
Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related field
Fresh to 1 year of experience in the field
Ability to facilitate, drive, orchestrate, and lead large diverse groups
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Willingness to learn and grow ITSM knowledge and practices
Able to handle in crisis-situation, project planning and define priorities under pressure and within fixed procedures
General technical knowledge in Mobile Access, Core IT/Telco and services
Good analytical skills
