Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals and Universities is hiring for “Project Head – Utilities & Maintenance” based at Head Office, Karachi.
Job Summary:
Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive & proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment & facilities infrastructure. Responsible for planned scheduling creation & overseeing the adherence & timely completion of work carried out. Entire responsibility of all the campuses for Maintenance & Utilities functions with smooth operation, & include the government coordination.
Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for planning, coordination & execution of HVAC/Generation/RO/K-E/KWSB plant of all hospital & university campuses.
· Ensure that safe work practices are followed in accordance with Hospital policies & Government Regulations & for those whose work is directed.
· Keep a track of the relevant projects by the followed up progress of execution on daily, weekly & monthly basis with the coordination of concerned HODs of all campuses & university.
· The success of predictive maintenance evaluated by analyzing equipment failure reports after predictive maintenance.
· Planning of energy managements for financial cost cutting with rationalization.
· Man hours planning for job execution in timely completed without any day.
· Administering preventive maintenance programs for assigned facilities, inspecting maintenance & utility systems to determine repair or replacement needs within the assigned area of responsibility & supervising the performance of emergency & routine maintenance on campus facilities in the area of responsibility.
Other Requirements:
Professional Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in relevant field. Relevant certification is preferred.
Experience: 12 – 15 years of relevant experience
