Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant field from HEC recognized/foreign university.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦𝗘𝗧 & 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘
- In-depth understanding of bank’s processes procedures, system functionalities and controls.
- Highly effective inter-personal skills for effective coordination and follow up with concerned stakeholders for resolution of issues.
- Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve objectives with commitment and effort.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory instructions and guidelines.
- Good communication skills
- Coordination, Planning and Organizing skills
- Managerial skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
Minimum 18-20 years of experience with 8 years in senior roles
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
- In depth review of processes for identification of root causes for resulting in financial and reputational loss.
- Proposing and coordinating with stakeholders for implementation of required controls.
- Review of industry best practices for customer facilitation and aligning bank’s process and procedures.
- Review of system functionalities to streamline the processes and controls along with more convenience for user.
- Resolution the control issues highlighted by internal, external and SBP audit with defined ownership and timelines.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering performance improvement and cost reduction.
- Coordinating with Training Department for practical and focused training for staff w.r.t. Compliance & other regulatory requirements.
- Providing monthly updates on key improvements to senior management
