Position: Manager Commercial Analysis (CAD)
Location: Head office, Karachi.
Requirements:
-MBA – preferably in data analytics
-8+ years of experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, marketing research, finance and/or category management preferably in a retail setup.
-Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen.
-Should be Data and insights driven. Strong understanding of key data science concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively supervise a team for BI, analytics and reporting, assortment planning, promotion planning and execution, availability of stock, MDPT team (Master data, pricing, BOM creation, inductions, E-Commerce Inductions etc.), setting and monitoring of margins, contract management, pricing strategy, forecasting, vendor performance and space management.
- Function in close collaboration with buying team to design sales plan, review assortment, work on forecast, analyzing market trends to identify changes.
- Liaison with Higher Management to develop strategies, examine margins, availability, sales figures on daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly basis to improve company growth.
- Oversee budgets and present timely reporting variances to management team.
- Oversee Supply Chain Projects like OTIF reports, proposed PO quantity etc.
- Stock Availability and Category Planning for new stores.
- Contract Management (New Contracts, Contract Renewal, Monitoring of Targets).

Requirements: Minimum Bachelors with 3 to 4 years of experience of counter or treasury operations gained from a local or international retail organization.
Responsibilities:
-Ensures that adequate numbers of tills are open and operating at any point in time during store hours to avoid queuing of customers and blocking of aisles.
-Ensures that check-out procedures are strictly implemented.
-Trains and motivates checkout personnel by cascading important information relative to their functions.
-Remits cash sales to the bank on time.
-Ensures strict control of the Point of Sales (POS) Operations.
-Attends to customer complaints, inquires and suggestions.
-Submits sales reports and bank remittances to ALC and HO Finance for auditing.
