Lucky Core Industries is hiring a Sales Manager for our Agri Sciences business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales target for the entire region in-line with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Ensure team compliance with company’s HSE and ethics policy with a special focus on product stewardship and road safety.
- Update the National Sales Manager on new developments and changing trends in the market.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategy to get best mileage out of the promotional spent.
- Develop products through a strong customer network both at dealer as well as farmer level and maintain good relations with relevant government departments like Agriculture Extension.
- Invest in people development to fulfil business objectives and enhance their engagement level while inculcating a culture that encourages trust and respect.
- Produce timely & accurate reports and competition analysis.
- Provide recommendations for customer and ensure settlement within defined time limits.
- Manage travelling cost and developmental expenses by carrying out a cost/ benefit analysis.
- Seek new opportunities to improve market share and team’s productivity.
