Roles & Responsibilities:
Your Role
As an IT Application Executive / Application Specialist, you play a critical support role to enhance the relationship with users. You work closely with internal resources to gain a solid understanding of their processing environment and application processes to support day-to-day inquiries, resolve complex issues, custom development issues and regulatory compliance inquiries.
What Will You Do
· Provide exceptional customer service with accurate and detailed support for all requests on a problem-to-solution level. This includes answering client inquires, researching and troubleshooting, solving complex client problems and escalating to the appropriate group when required.
· Devise root-cause analysis for technical issues including action plans to prevent re occurrence.
· Analyze custom product configurations and settings to enhance product performance or functionality
· Provide clients with a viable work-around for compliance impacting issues to mitigate risk until an appropriate patch/fix is available.
· Compile clear and detailed documentation for Customers, Development, Professional Services and Product Management.
· Review release notes and test changes to ensure software is working properly, assuring existing features continue to work as required and changes work as expected.
· Prioritize case load based upon client urgency and impact while maintaining client expectations; ensuring a superior client experience.
Requirements
What Do We Want
· Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of working experience in the designing, implementation and management of IT applications and IT systems.
· Experience in web-based technologies and/or Business Analytics.
· Highly motivated and able to work independently.
· Ability to work effectively in a team and with Clients.
· Enjoy picking up new product solution / Technology.
