𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 is looking for 𝗖𝗥𝗠 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 for our Head Office located in Karachi. To be successful in this role, you should be responsible for establishing CRM systems in place, implementing and advancement of strategies, and executing actionable plans for customer relationships management, growth, retention, and satisfaction for business sustainability and growth.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

-Establish the CRM and Ecommerce functions, define Business processes, build divisional infrastructure, develop business processes, and practices.
-Understand customer needs, preferences, and routes to value creation, design a market targeting and segmentation approach, identifying opportunities for targeted CRM campaigns and programs that deliver customer value.
-Work closely with leadership team to plan and implement the strategies, campaign plan, and action plans. Deliver the strategy, to achieve increased customer revenue, satisfaction, and retention.
-Identify and implement data collection strategies. Leverage consumer segmentation, purchase prediction to enable personalized marketing, look after integrated platform development
-Design, deploy and analyze loyalty and subscription programs for customer satisfaction and business growth.
-Work closely with other departments (Marketing Sales, IT, SC operations and third-party partners) to ensure a consistent customer journey and timely delivery of joint strategies and projects.
-Work closely with related teams to ensure that strategies, content, and promotional offers are aligned.
-Plan, propose and implement yearly and quarterly campaign plans to deliver against customer value, retention, and growth KPIs. Review and share performance with stakeholders.
-Contribute to CRM projects including but not limited to the development of an automation strategy, segmentation, customer growth, satisfaction and retention, deployment of innovative, personalized multi-channel marketing programs to delight customers and increase profitability.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

-5-7 years of experience in E-commerce and digital marketing, with a focus on CRM and loyalty.
-Must have a strong background in data & analytics E-commerce and CRM, ideally in the FMCG industry.
-Must have hands-on experience and good working understanding of CRM /ECOM tools.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-Master’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
