Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Officer MIS based at Head Office, Karachi.
Job Responsibilities
- Timely & accurate data entry in MIS Application
- Maintain and update all hard copies by sorting, counting, numbering and maintain log sheet of daily tasks
- Store completed documents in designated locations
- Prepares source for data entry by opening and sorting mails, verifying & logging receipt of data and obtaining missing data
- Records data by operating data entry equipment, coding information and resolving processing problems
- Maintain and update entries of field force expenses, incentives and work plan and verify them
- Compile daily GSM sales and stock
- Assist in compiling and creating sales dashboard
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, however, Bachelor in process can also be considered as a special case.
- 0 – 1 years of economic, fresh can be considered based on profile.
- Knowledge of sense and structure of Data Base and Computer Operating in Softwares, Applications and ERPs
