Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled & experienced candidate for the position of CSE/ Social Media Expert (Live Chat, Facebook, Linkedln, Twitter etc….)
Job Location: Karachi.
Job Description:
- Manage and respond on all social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, ETC)
- Customer-centric approach while facilitating customers, to deliver an excellent response.
- Communicate with customers through various channels. (Social Media OR on call)
- Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives & under the core values or organization.
- Should be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, & complaints.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in Business.
- Must have at least 1 of customer services.
- Experience (Social Media / Live Chat)
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- A focused individual & a team player.
