Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Assistant Manager Digital” to be based in Warehouse located in Clifton Area.
Job Description:
- Manage daily order fulfillment activities that includes order processing, picking, packing and administering shipping of customer order.
- Ensure orders are processed in accordance to the SOP and customer service standards laid down by the organization.
- Maintain database of orders and ensure proper tracking of shipment.
- Manage return/replacement process of orders.
- Track inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or dead-stock.
- Assist line manager in identifying and preventing accidents and potential occupational hazards.
- Maintain cordial relationship and liaison with suppliers/vendors for invoices and payments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve escalated issues arising from operations.
- Provide analytical reports at periodic and regular intervals on fulfilment activities backed by actionable updates to improvise performance.
- Work closely with line manager to identify potential gaps in order processing /shipment mechanism and seek out ways to exceed customer expectations.
- Optimize efficiencies by improving team performance and lead times.
- Assist in supervising a team of logistic professionals including loaders and helpers.
Job Specification:
- BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment in a high volume e-commerce online store (preferably in Textile, Retail or Shipment Company)
Skills:
- Prior experience and familiarity with warehouse operations
- Experience in order fulfilment processing and merchandise return processing
- Proficient in MS Office, Inventory Management Systems and Warehouse Management systems
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle the roles that come with order processing
- Strong interpersonal skills along with business-level communication skills (oral and written)
- Problem solving skills with a customer-oriented focus
- Ability to compute analytical reports and interpret retail data.
- Flexible to work in shifts
