Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complex analysis to identify project requirements, priorities, and recommendations to improve performance
- Prepare graphical presentations for various international/national forums, conferences, and meetings
- Develop project metrics/tracker to review performance and provide project data by implementing Management, Monitoring and Verification (RMMV) tools
- Contribute to the compilation of evidence that enables to reflect on and manage the effectiveness of project interventions
- Verify the quality of M&E data and ensure the integrity of that data and its appropriate use
- Develop guidelines and materials to provide technical assistance and training to support the execution of M&E framework
- Establish project review and reporting mechanisms to timely identify, monitor, track, report and resolve the critical dependency issues
Knowledge and Experience:
- Master’s degree preferably in Public Health, Social Sciences/Social Work, related field
- 6-8 years in development sector preferably in public health sphere
