Looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Manager with 3 to 5 YEARS (BSc in engineering) of RELEVANT experience in which 2 years should be in driving the TPM activities in a company independently, preferably multinational experience.
- Have a good knowledge of TPM 11 pillars methadology.
- understanding of cross functional methodologies of QM, AM, PM and FI Pillars.
- good knowledge of SHE Pillar.
- Observe Local laws and requirements.
- follow up of objectives and results of pillars.
- auditing experience of pillars/teams and operational loss deployments.
- Understanidng of KPIs OEE, waste, MTBF, MTTR and devise strategy to improve it at all factory level.
- Skills of E &T Pillar with implementation experience.
- 5S and AM steps basic tools experience and knowledge.
- Daily management system development and follow up of KPI’s.
- Coordinate and drive the process for TPM Awards.
