Position: E-Commerce Specialist
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, I.T or related field.
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, demand generation, marketplace management or a related field.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with cross-functional team to align customer online marketing efforts to business goals, evaluate effectiveness of all E-Commerce marketing, and use analytics to continually improve sales.
-Proactively seek opportunities to improve Marketplace strategies and tactics, enhance customer experience, maximize ROI/AOV and conversion.
-Identify, implement and manage eCommerce marketing tools including email, social media, SEO and SEM, and Google analytics.
-Manage the online inventory process to ensure stock availability for listing and sale.
-Work with Customer Service and Operations to improve drop ship fulfillment and scalability, deliver to Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers, and address Customer issues as needed and ensure timely follow up on identified issues and opportunities.
-Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
